Background:
Recently we have had a few sangha client escalation calls recently
For many of them we have agreed to share an issues log and then report back on progress.
Some of the customers have wanted some compensation
Customers include: cristo rey, cranbury, enlightened teaching, Bradford prep...

Agenda:
Purpose of this call is
-for us to do a walkthrough of all the recent customer calls and provide an update on status (mike can you take that walkthough?) so that we have the latest view of what's happening
-discuss how to approach future calls
-discuss next steps
