Pre-K and Kindergarten Online Registration:

The following items will also need to be turned in to complete the enrollment:

• Two Proofs of Address
• Alabama Immunization Record
• Birth Certificate is optional. (If not provided, another form of documentation must be provided to verify child’s age.)
• Social Security Card is optional.
• Custody Papers, if applicable.
