Manheim Township High School Named To Best Public High Schools National List

Manheim Township High School is one of 6,000 high schools in the U.S. being honored by the U.S. News & World Report 2017 Best High Schools Rankings. More than 6,000 schools were awarded gold, silver and bronze medals in this year’s national rankings.

The U.S. News rankings included data on more than 22,000 public schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia.  Schools were awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals based on their performance on state assessments and how well the schools prepare students for college.

Manheim Township High School was awarded a silver medal and was ranked #39 for the state of Pennsylvania and #1,532 nationwide.

This is the third time this year that Manheim Township High School was honored with a national recognition.  Earlier this year, MTHS was named to Niche 2017 Best Public High Schools (#1,264 out of 18,793) and was one of 433 School Districts Across the U.S. and Canada placed on the College Board’s 7th Annual AP® District Honor Roll.
